NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MOUNT VERNON COUNTRY CLUB METROPOLITAN DISTRICT IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ANNUAL MEETING OF PROPRIETARY MEMBERS OF MOUNT VERNON COUNTRY CLUB
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of MOUNT VERNON COUNTRY CLUB METROPOLITAN DISTRICT, of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, will hold a special meeting in conjunction with the Annual Meeting of Proprietary Members of the Mount Vernon Country Club, at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 for the purpose of conducting such business that may come before the Board.
The meeting will be held in the Canyon Room at Mount Vernon Canyon Club, 24933 Clubhouse Circle, Golden, Colorado.
Mount Vernon Country Club Metropolitan District (the "District") is committed to ensuring that its services are accessible to all
